Hotel information
& rates

To take full advantage of the convention, delegates are encouraged to stay at the Sheraton Grand, the sanctioned and officially designated JEA/NSPA convention hotels.

The hotel reservation deadline is March 26, first come, first available. Neither the hotel nor convention officials can guarantee availability.

Costs of attending

In addition to the registration fees and hotel costs, attendees planning for the convention will have other costs to consider, depending on your location and what type of experience you are planning for, you might plan for the following costs:

Adobe certification testing
$70 or $110 per attendee

Varies by convention and items, but generally about $20.

Pre-convention workshop fees
$25 or $40 per attendee

Thursday tours
$25 to $75 per student

Adviser recognition luncheon ticket
$50 per adviser

$400 national average

Meal per diem
$75 per day average

Ground transportation
$35 per person roundtrip shared shuttle service
